I have found my passion in photography

Itʼs not just art, itʼs a memory, a feeling, a frozen moment in time that serves as a reminder of a time that has already passed.

Hi! I'm Lindsey

I’m a mom too. I’ve been a mother for thirteen years and a single mother for the last four years. I’ve been through a lot but I know what holds true no matter what your circumstance. You don’t get time back. There’s no way to save it or stock it up. Motherhood is full of moments I never want to relive and moments I wish I could experience again and again for the rest of my life. The only thing that comes close to saving those moments is to freeze them in time in the form of a photograph. Lord knows if I rely on my memory it will fail me every. single. time.

Iʼve been behind the camera professionally since 2007. Prior to launching my photography business, I was an interior designer working in both commercial and residential design. Art and design have always been a significant part of my life in one way or another. I love finding beauty in the simplest of things.

I have found my passion in photography. I have always loved creating, whether it be painting a watercolor, dabbling in calligraphy, styling an interior, putting together an outfit, cooking a meal...but photography allows me to merge my love of creating with true meaning and emotion. Itʼs not just art, itʼs a memory, a feeling, a frozen moment in time that serves as a reminder of a time that has already passed.

Over these last fifteen years I have photographed many memorable moments and watched little ones grow before my eyes. Iʼve been so blessed by the relationships Iʼve formed with so many wonderful families who have graciously allowed me into their lives.

Preserving memories

I believe it is important to preserve our memories, not just for us, but for our children (I always encourage mamas to get in photos with their children for their children.) An investment in portraits will outlive you and bring joy to future generations. I would love to begin the process of planning a special portrait session with your family...because before you know it these moments will be gone.

How will you remember?

Lindsey
